Lillie contracted sepsis at the age of 5 from pneumonia. (Sepsis and Pneumonia) She was seen by a health care professional and an A & E doctor, and sent away. Before I called 999, spotted the signs. We caught it in time even though we asked the doctor, could it be sepsis? He replied no. She had no rash until she got to the hospital and then they acted quickly.
