In August of this year I went for an gynae operation, I was sent home the same day of operation. My second day at home I started feeling pressure on my heart and lungs and apparently my stomach started turning a purplish hue. Two days later everything started running out of me and my daughter and mother phoned my cousin to take me back to the hospital. (Sepsis and Surgery)

Upon being admitted my kidneys already started failing and I received an adrenaline shot. I was in ICU for a week and a half and when I came to I was told that the doctor had knicked my bowed during first operation which caused me to get sepsis which, progressed into septic shock. (Sepsis and Perforated Bowel, Sepsis and Septic Shock) I recovered reasonably fast as I was only two and a half weeks in hospital. It’s exactly almost two months since this happened. And I only get intense shocking feeling in my body at times which are my nerves healing. I’m extremely grateful to nurses and the doctor who did the second surgery to save my life. I’m still in shock over what happened, but praying I will heal completely.
