George Stafford

This is my husband George Stafford, who died due to septic shock May 7, 2019.

It has been 8 months and I still have not received the report on the autopsy performed on his body. The coroner’s office is ignoring my emails asking for an update. He had bypass surgery in Dec. 2019. (Sepsis and Surgery) He seemed to be recovering but gradually had been feeling very jittery, and suddenly was overcome by nausea and could not function. He was admitted to the hospital in Mississauga in Ontario, Canada, May 3, 2019, and was dead May 7, 2019. The cause of infection still has not been provided to me.
