El 1 de julio 2019 fue mi parto normal de mi bebé me pusieron una sonda para orinar y CUANDO me la quitaron senti sintomas de infección urinaria me hicieron examen de orina salió negativo al 3 dia nos dieron el alta.
Ya estando en casa senti un dolor en mi cintura.
Pero como me dijeron que si sentia dolor era normal por el proceso del parto que tomará ibuprofeno asi lo hice el dolor se iva pero luego volvia y cada vez mas doloroso al costado izquierdo.
Ya al 5 dia me despertó un frío que temblaba demasiado. Luego vino la fiebre de 101 grados sentia morir.
Le pedi a Dios no morir por mis hijos mi bebe me necesitan dije en ese momento.
Mi esposo me llevo de emergencia al hospital lleva fuebre de 101 grados y mi presion arterial estaba baja empezaron a preguntar mis sintomas e hicieron análisis de sangre y orina sospechaban infección urinaria me pusieron antibióticos de inmediato y fluidos IV esperando los resultados y cultivis de exámenes. (Sepsis and UTI) Tenia infección urinaria que siguió a mi riñon izquierdo y lo mas grave ala sangre al siguiente día confirmaron que tenia infección Sepsis por bacteria e coli y cambiaron al antibiótico adecuado.
Senti fuerte dolor de cabeza y el dolor del riñón fue bajando poco a poco me hicieron examen en los pulmones y en riñon y gracias a Dios estaban sin ningún daño me pusieron una compresoras en LAs piernas para estimular la circulación de la sangre y evitar coagulos en las piernas estuve. 4 dias ingresada los nuevos exámenes dieron negativo ala infección y ala bacteria pude irme a casa, pero con cateter central picc line y regresar al hospital durante 7 dias para seguir el tratamiento con antibióticos via intravenosa.
Gracias a Dios se detectó a tiempo la enfermedad y no siguio a más grave. Eso si quede con mis nervios alterados por el trauma vivido con ataques de ansiedad y un miedo de esa enfermedad.
Poco a poco voy superando esa difícil situación.
Cuando nunca habia escuchado la palabra sepsis.
Ante cualquier infección que no sane es de buscar ayuda médica de inmediato en mi caso yo contraje la infección urinaria por el uso del catéter urinario que me pusieron en el hospital al momento de dar a luz a mi bebé.
Doy gracias a Dios por una segunda oportunidad de vida.

On July 1, 2019, it was a normal delivery of my baby, and they gave me a urinary catheter. When they took it out I felt symptoms of urinary infection. They gave me a urine test which was negative, after 3 days we were discharged. (Sepsis and Pregnancy & Delivery)
At home I felt a pain in my waist. But as I was told that if I felt pain, it was normal for the process of labor, and to take ibuprofen. So I did for the pain, but then it came back and became more and more painful on the left side.
At 5 days, the cold woke me up and I was shaking too much. After, the 101 degree fever came. I felt I was dying. I asked God to not die for my children, my baby needs me I said at that moment.
My husband took me to the hospital with a fever of 101 degrees and my blood pressure was low. They started asking about my symptoms and they did blood and urine tests. They suspected a urinary infection. They gave me antibiotics immediately and IV fluids while waiting for the test results and culture. (Sepsis and UTI) I had a urinary tract infection that spread to my left kidney, and more seriously, to my blood. The next day they confirmed that I had sepsis and an infection with bacteria and e coli, and I was switched to the appropriate antibiotic.
I felt a severe headache and the pain in my kidney was going away little by little. They did an exam of my lungs and kidney, and thank God, they were not damaged. They put a compressor on my legs to stimulate blood circulation and prevent blood clots in my legs. 4 days after the new exams were negative for the infection and the bacteria, and I was able to go home, but with a central PICC line catheter, to return to the hospital for 7 days to continue treatment with intravenous antibiotics.
Thanks to God, the disease was detected in time and did not become more serious.
Little by little I overcome this difficult situation.
I had never heard the word sepsis.
For any infection that does not heal, it is best to seek medical help immediately. In my case I contracted the urinary infection by the use of the urinary catheter that was put in in the hospital at the time of giving birth to my baby.
