I rushed to home to Kashmir from Delhi, India, after submitting emergency leave as I am working vet. After reaching home I found my grandfather on bed who previously survived COVID-19 at the age of 95.

I found him unconscious and I called him and he opened eyes for seconds and closed again. I checked his heart rate and pulse and I found his weak pulse. I called doctor for home visit to check my grandfather at home. The doctor diagnosed sepsis after examination and advised CBC and biochemistry and also prescribed Meropenam and IV fluids. The blood work revealed multi organ failure so doctor said there is no any sense of taking him to hospital. On next day 6th July 2022 early morning at 5:55am my grandfather left this temporary world and choose heaven forever.
