On July 8, 2018 I delivered my baby boy. I had a perfect pregnancy without any complications. I was sent home without knowing I was hemorrhaging from a uterine rupture. (Sepsis and Pregnancy & Childbirth) I didn’t start to feel extremely ill until the beginning of August. I couldn’t eat, walk, suffered diarrhea, constantly urinating on myself and bad back pains. My face and stomach was pale and turning blue/purple. I was dying right then and there.

Arrived at the hospital and my blood count was a 4.6. I had to get a total of 4 surgeries with a piece of my lung cut off from pocket holes of abscess. I was an induced coma and spent a month and a half in the hospital. I was told I wasn’t going to make it through any surgeries because my body was too weak. Doctors said when they were working on me it felt like a somebody else was working for them and that somebody was GOD.

Thanking GOD and the wonderful doctors I had for blessing me with another chance of life and to be here for my two boys. I’m home with my boys but I suffer depression, anxiety attacks and PTSD. (Sepsis and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) Sepsis causes me to suffer hair loss so I had to cut off all of my hair but since being healthy again it’s been growing back so lovely. (Sepsis and Post-Sepsis Syndrome)
