My very best friend and the father of my daughter, caught pneumonia in his lung. (Sepsis and Pneumonia). He fell sick Saturday July 5th and was found almost lifeless and died Sunday July 7th.

This disease really took us down. It was hard seeing him just laying there not able to talk to us or anything. Then to be told he’s already gone, that the machine was keeping him alive, it was heartbreaking. My daughter did not want to let him go but I convinced her to look at what he was already going through. I stayed with him as the unhooked all the machines and tubes from him until he took his last breath.
