Tribute

My mother died on 21st October, 2019 at Lifeline Hospital Thane Maharashtra, India (Age 58) because of gastrointestinal perforation. She has only diabetes and no other medical history. (Sepsis and Diabetes)

On October 16, 2019 she got sick.

On October 19, she got admitted. After some time, the doctor directly put her in the ICU on ventilator. Doctor said it was very serious and she was in a life threatening condition. I didn’t understand anything. I admitted her because of weakness and a normal stomach pain. Doctor said BP is very low, sometimes zero, and also said she was suffering from severe stomach pain but because of diabetes she couldn’t feel it. They didn’t feel the veins of my mother. I got very scared.

After X-ray and checkup, they told there is a hole in the stomach. They told me you brought her in the septic shock condition. So I asked the doctor about the sepsis. They told me everything and suggested a surgery. I have done everything, whatever the doctor said. But my mother couldn’t survive. I prayed a lot but God didn’t heard my prayer.

She was my hero and the strongest woman in my life.
I really miss her so much – why did this happen to me so early?

(I awake each morning to start a new day,
But the pain of losing my mother never goes away.)
