Gregory Briddick

Gregory Briddick, MSHI, BSN, RN, CCRN, TCRN is the Sepsis Program Coordinator at SUNY Upstate University Hospital.  His areas of responsibility include oversight of all Sepsis initiatives within SUNY Upstate, along with participating in various committees throughout the institution.  In his role as Sepsis Program Coordinator, Gregory actively advocates for the best care we can provide to patients.  As Sepsis Program Coordinator at SUNY Upstate, Gregory serves as a member of the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Sepsis Advisory Group, NYSDOH Sepsis Data Subgroup, and various ad hoc advisory groups to the NYSDOH. Gregory obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Practice from Lakeview College of Nursing, is a founding member in the Lakeview College of Nursing Honor Society, a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN), and is currently licensed as a Registered Profession Nurse in Illinois and New York.  He has established himself as a clinical expert, as demonstrated by his Certified Critical-Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN) certifications.  Gregory is also a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago Master of Science in Health Informatics program (MSHI) and is a member of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA).
