BD and Sepsis Alliance Work Together to Improve Sepsis Diagnosis and Treatment

Sepsis Alliance and leading global medical technology company BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) are collaborating to advance sepsis education and promote the critical need to seek treatment when symptoms are recognized.

As a key component of this collaboration, BD is supporting the Sepsis Coordinator Network (SCN), an online peer-to-peer community created by Sepsis Alliance, and led by an interdisciplinary team of experts. The SCN provides healthcare professionals with sepsis best practice resources, tools, expert content, and guidance. The SCN has over 2,000 members in all 50 states, and internationally, who cover more than 588,000 hospital beds.

In addition to supporting the SCN, BD will also support two healthcare provider education webinars for Sepsis Alliance’s Sepsis: Across the Continuum of Care webinar series.
