Sepsis Alliance Connect: Sepsis Awareness Survery 2025 – What Did We Learn?

September 23 @ 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

  • « Sepsis Alliance Institute Open Forum – September 2025
  • Sepsis Alliance Institute Open Forum – October 2025 »

Date: September 23, 2025

Time: 4 PM ET/1 PM PT

Description:

In 2013, Sepsis Alliance performed the first awareness survey, measuring a census-representative adult population for their awareness of the term “sepsis.” At that time, 19% of U.S. adults were aware of the term sepsis.

Awareness has continued to grow as Sepsis Alliance works diligently to educate the population on the dangers of sepsis, reaching 65% awareness in 2024. On World Sepsis Day, September 13th, Sepsis Alliance will share the exciting 2025 awareness number, as well as other important findings from this year’s survey. This program will walk through the 2025 survey findings and how you can use this information to help raise awareness.

Speakers:

Jill Gress, Vice President, Radius Global Market Research (Retired) and Secretary, Sepsis Alliance Board of Directors
Alex Colvin, Senior Director, Marketing and Communications, Sepsis Alliance
