Description:
In this peer-to-peer roundtable discussion moderated by a clinical advisor, Sepsis Alliance Clinical Community members will examine the key components of robust sepsis programs and share the successes and challenges they have experienced with their own programs. Discussion topics will include panelists’ current program structures, protocols, metrics, and education. Panelists will share what has worked at their institutions, where they still struggle to show improvement, and how to garner buy-in and engagement. Panelist participation is limited to select Sepsis Alliance Clinical Community members, though all are welcome to view the discussion.
