Martha Davis

Director of Operations

Martha Davis is a mission-driven operations leader with more than 10 years of experience strengthening organizational infrastructure, improving processes, and supporting nonprofit and healthcare organizations. As Director of Operations at Sepsis Alliance, Martha brings a strategic, collaborative approach to building effective systems that help teams thrive and advance the organization’s mission.

Before joining Sepsis Alliance, Martha served as Senior Manager of Operations and Administration at the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation, where she led organizational operations, vendor management, procurement, budget oversight, and cross-functional initiatives. She previously held an operations leadership role at Maimonides Medical Center and worked with nonprofit and association clients at Kellen Company.

Martha is passionate about bringing clarity to complex challenges, building strong partnerships, and creating practical systems that make organizations more effective. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Children’s Studies from Brooklyn College.
