Mustafa Bader

My name is Mustafa Bader, RN, at King Hussein Cancer Center working in the Emergency Room. My idea about sepsis protocol has been initiated since 2015 and an adult sepsis protocol through evidence-based practice project was completed in 2017.

• I have touched change of practice in the triage room as follows:
  Change in staff response towards of sepsis
• Decrease door-to-treatment time in triage room and
• Decrease time to give initial antibiotics to save lives of cancer patients who are treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

I felt a contribution to fight sepsis and decrease mortality .
