Linda Schietromo

On May 15th, 2012 my loving mother went to the hospital for heart valve replacement. The long 6-hour surgery went very well and we were told she would recover nicely.

Four days after that, we were told to immediately come to the hospital. Upon arrival, the doctors informed us that my mother now had Sepsis and her organs were all shutting down. Within 8 hours of that news, my beloved mother passed away. (Sepsis and Surgery)

We were and still are in complete shock. We feel this infection should have been caught sooner and could have saved her life. We are full of questions and are now seeking her medical records.
