Life is not about waiting for the STORM to pass, it is about learning to dance in the RAIN.

I was run to the hospital on December 28, 2014, because of severe pain in my stomach muscle. especially to my lower abdomen. I can’t breath, my lips and right arm became numb I cant stand alone it was so painful.

Hospital (Dec 28, 2014 10:00 am)

I was in the E.R. suffering in extreme pain. Doctors kept asking where the pain is coming from. They got samples of my blood and urine. To subside the pain, they gave me painkillers. I was then able to talk about the history of the pain I am suffering. The result was the bacteria to my urine is double the normal, while the white blood cell count is above normal. My pulse rate is above 90 and my BP is lower than usual. They have to confine me for 2 days to observe my condition. (Sepsis and Urinary Tract Infection)

Hospital (Dec 28)

Nurses are always knocking at my door to check my stats and every 8 hours they gave antibiotics and painkillers to me. I feel like I was floating and kept on getting up to pee. Doctor came and did some physical examination to my abdomen and lower abdomen. She advised me to have ultrasound to determine where the pain is coming from and asked me to drink lots of water, and continue the dosage of antibiotics.

I was sleeping when my aunt and uncle came to my room. I’ve decided to pretend sleeping and listen to their conversation.

“The infection of her UTI mixed her blood,” aunt said.

“Her blood is easily getting infected and her immune system is weak to fight it,” uncle said.

“What does that mean?,” mom said.

“Initial findings was she has sepsis,” aunt said.

I want to sink in the hospital bed when I heard it. Questions are swirling around my head. I don’t know what to do and I don’t know what illness could bring it to me.

Hospital (Dec 29, 2014 09:00 pm)

My ultrasound test is great and was normal. I am now feeling well and decided to discharge this afternoon, but the nurses kept on giving me antibiotics.

Hospital (Dec 29, 2014 04:00 pm)

Doctor came again to visit me and read the results of my ultrasound. It was normal and no signs of abdomen illness. She gave medicines and a schedule of follow-up check-up, and advised that I could rest at home. But she didn’t talked about the findings to my blood (sepsis). Questions again is running to my head…

Now I am working again and decided to have second opinion from other doctor after my follow-up check-up with my previous doctor. I have so many questions need some urgent answers. I will continue this story once I have the answer…
