Sepsis Alliance Symposium: Diagnostics and Diagnostic Stewardship
March 11 - March 12
Date: March 11-12, 2025
Description:
Sepsis remains a leading cause of death in U.S. hospitals, with delayed or missed diagnosis contributing to increased mortality. The Sepsis Alliance Symposium: Diagnostics and Diagnostic Stewardship is a virtual program bringing together clinicians, laboratorians, pharmacists, researchers, and healthcare leaders to address critical gaps in early sepsis recognition and diagnostic accuracy. The event will highlight advances in molecular diagnostics, host-response biomarkers, and AI-enabled decision support, while providing practical strategies to strengthen diagnostic stewardship and improve patient outcomes.
The event will be offered as a free live virtual event with CME for physicians and contact hours for nurses awarded. Following the live event, the recorded presentations will be available at no cost as enduring content on the Sepsis Alliance Institute website.
