Tim Sweeney

Tim Sweeney, MD, PhD, is cofounder and CEO of Inflammatix, which is developing first-in-class tools for improving outcomes in acute infections and sepsis. Dr. Sweeney has over 20 years of experience working on sepsis across clinical practice (general surgery and critical care), bench research, machine learning / AI, and policy/commercialization. He is named on over a dozen patents related to medical diagnostics and has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts and abstracts.
