August - Infection Prevention is Sepsis Prevention™

August is National Immunization Awareness Month, and we are focusing on one of the most effective ways to prevent sepsis: preventing infections. Sepsis can result from any infection, whether viral, bacterial, or fungal, which is why vaccines, hygiene, and proactive care are critical in reducing sepsis risk.

This month, we educate the public on the power of prevention and equip families, caregivers, and communities with tools to stop sepsis before it starts.

August Tasks

Spread Information, Not Germs
