Jordan Green runs the New York office and co-manages a public equities portfolio for Portland House Group, a leading private Australian based hedge fund, investing in the G-10 equity markets, with 70 finance professionals based in three offices in the world’s financial centers. Earlier in his career, Jordan spent eight years in corporate finance working for ABN AMRO bank in Eastern Europe, served as a US congressional staffer, congressional campaign manager, and two years as a middle school history teacher in LAUSD.
Jordan currently serves a Vice Chair (head of development) of the Board of Hannah Senesh Community Day School in Brooklyn. He is a co-founder and principal advisor to Obsidian HDS, LLC, which runs the pharmashine.com website. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of VGI Partners, a Sydney based hedge fund with operations in New York. Jordan divides his time between New York City and his family’s home in Cornish, NH, where he lives with his filmmaker wife and three young sons.
