Jessica Tam

Jessica Tam is Vice President of Strategy and Growth at Ambient Clinical Analytics, where she leads strategic initiatives to advance innovative clinical decision support technologies to simplify complex clinical care. She joined Ambient Clinical Analytics in 2026, bringing nearly a decade of experience in MedTech, digital health, product innovation, and healthcare strategy.

Prior to Ambient, Jessica held leadership roles at Baxter Healthcare, where she led the development and commercialization of multiple medical technologies, including products designed to support the assessment and treatment of patients with sepsis and septic shock. She also held corporate strategy roles focused on digital health, innovation, and growth, helping bring new technologies to clinicians and health systems. Jessica is passionate about addressing the critical unmet needs in sepsis care and advancing solutions that enable earlier recognition, timely intervention, and better outcomes for patients.

Deeply engaged in the Midwest healthcare innovation ecosystem, Jessica also serves as an advisor to 2Flo Ventures, a Chicago-based venture fund. She earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
