Lisa Anderson is a research scientist and has conducted original research in the areas of neuropharmacology, behavioral neuroscience and animal models of neurological disorders, including Parkinson’s disease. Lisa received her B.A. in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University and her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Brown University. She completed her postdoctoral training at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
Lisa joined Sepsis Alliance in 2018 and enthusiastically supports its mission to save lives by increasing public awareness of sepsis. Lisa helps Sepsis Alliance stay current with the medical literature by maintaining our database of research on sepsis, including prevention, treatment and recovery.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys working out in a variety of fitness classes. She also likes to cook and bake for friends and family.
