My mom was in the hospital for over a month and on June 27th 2011, she passed away at the age of 59. We found out on the death certificate that she passed away from Sepsis.
I am so mad that no-one caught this while she was in the hospital. She didn’t complain about pain but you could see that she was in pain. Her muscles from legs to arms to chest looked like balloons and, still, no one caught this. I miss my mom every single minute of the day.
People need to be more aware of this disease and, the hospitals need to know how to catch this as soon as possible.
